Now, with the integration of a suite of Generative AIs into ADLIN Workspace, we are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital research environments. This new capability will allow, according to their own use cases, biologists or clinicians to effortlessly choose the appropriate model to implement prototype no-code analyses, while providing bioinformaticians and data scientists the corresponding generated code, and while retaining full control over their research pipeline.
In this presentation, we showcase a use case in pediatric cancer research, where ADLIN’s tools empower researchers to delve deeper into both public datasets and their own lab-generated data. This approach accelerates hypothesis generation, enabling critical questions about childhood cancers to be addressed faster than ever before.
